Kinetic Branding recently launched a newly designed website for Gentle Lion, a faith-based, pro-family organization dedicating to helping men understand their mantle of responsibility in being a better husband, father and developing stronger families.
Kinetic designed the logo and website for the newly formed organization to reflect the core Emotional Elements of "Nurturing" and "Control." The combination of nurturing and control is a unique combination, bringing two oftentimes opposed emotions together into a powerful new formula that connects with men looking to get control over their family's future in a loving and sacrificial way.
The Gentle Lion website design is meant to bring a strong, confident and stable image to the company while maintaining a gentle and loving identity. The powerfully fierce lion of the logo is juxtaposed against a black and white image of a gentle and loving man. Every web page has a similar image that creates a unique overall brand identity.

Cattle branding goes way back to 2700 BC, when the ancient Egyptians marked their livestock for identification. The American West in the 1800s adopted branding their cattle as a means of identification, but it also implied a certain standard and quality of product. Today, the term "branding" has another meaning altogether, yet the practice still implies specific standards and qualities of products and services.
Kinetic recently finished a branding project for Mountain View Cattle Company, a family-owned and operated Angus cow and calf ranch located in Eastern Oregon. Kinetic enjoyed the opportunity of creating a modern brand identity for a company in an age-old and time-honored industry. The overall design takes from the style Old West branding marks while modernizing and customizing a distinct logo for Mountain View Cattle Co.

For nearly 10 years, Kinetic Branding has been using their own powerful emotional brand strategy process called Brand Energy, that taps into core felt needs of a company's customer. Today, Kinetic announces a new Emotional Element after their extensive work with long-time client Steakhouse Elite.
All of the Angus visual identity elements are traditional and based on American culture. The "Tribute To Americana" logo was designed with a slight American flag wave (including stars and bars), and the imagery used is also a traditional picnic setting that connects with past memories and emotions. These images evoke that sentimental longing and affection for the past.
Kinetic Branding and Steakhouse Elite are continually analyzing how these core Emotional Elements are meeting the customer's felt needs, and developing branding and marketing projects to more effectively communicate with their audience.
